Rissiepit Return Policy

- Returns Eligibility:
- Rissiepit accepts returns for eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date, as stipulated by the South African Consumer Protection Act.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Return Process:

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the return being processed, as required by the South African Consumer Protection Act.
- Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

- Damaged or Defective Items:

- Restocking Fee:
