Rissiepit Policy

- Responsibilities: The Human Resources department, in conjunction with departmental managers, is responsible for enforcing this policy and ensuring compliance across all levels of the organization.

- Employees are expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
- Safety protocols must be followed at all times to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.
- Respectful and professional behavior is required in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Any concerns or violations of this policy should be reported promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Consequences of Non-Compliance: Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, depending on the severity of the offense.
- Review and Revision: This policy will be reviewed annually by the HR department to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Approval: This policy has been reviewed and approved by the management team of Rissiepit.
